First of all, before planning and booking the holy Yatra, you must have a valid passport not expiring of a minimum of 6 months to a year when using for travel to Tibet or any other foreign country.
PAPER DOCUMENT FOR NEPAL / TIBET VISAS & PASSPORT CONDITION:

Yatries, who wish to join for this holiest Hindu yatra, most fixed their travel date at least 45 days before from the departure date. Because of various difficult processes to get the visa that takes so long time.
Nepal visas can be obtained from the Nepal Consulate or Embassy, as for Indian nationality where Nepalese visa not required, but should carry any types of Government approved legal I.D. Card or passport will do.
For NRI (Non-Resident Indian) to obtain a visa in your country or upon arrival in Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport. The costs of Nepalese visas are the sole responsibility of clients.
All necessary documents should be presented in sequence for example to issue visas, obtain necessary permits, etc. We are not accountable in case of any trip formality not completed in time before the trip departure on the absence of essential papers and documents.
All clients must have a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity from the return date. As you are unable to obtain visas to Tibet you need to send your passport details to the company for visa applications for Tibet, we require information at least three weeks prior to Yatra departure for Tibet.
HEALTH and FITNESS for KAILASH YATRA
All our Yatra or pilgrimage tour require sound health and level of fitness before signing and booking with us, clients should check with your home Doctor or Physician regarding your health and fitness before the Yatra to Tibet or any Himalayan destinations.
It’s solely the client’s responsibility to inform us of any pre-existing medical condition or disability that might reasonably be expected to increase the risk of your required medical attention, which may affect your capability to travel on the trips booked with us.
CHILDREN AND ELDERLY PEOPLE:
An authorized guardian by the parents must accompany all travelers under the age of sixteen.

As for Kailash Yatra age matters children above 12 years allowed, as for elderly people age of maximum 60 will be allowed, as per international health insurance policy also.
WEATHER CONDITION DURING KAILASH YATRA:
Himalayan regions or other unpredictable circumstances such as landslides, road blockage, flood, snow, political unrest or delay arrival, etc, where the company will be unable to refund any payment under the above circumstances due to prior supplier arrangements. If possible we will always endeavor to provide you an alternative or substitute trip of the same category.
The company does not accept any responsibility for loss on employment, delays, or compensation resulting from situations beyond our control.
Our holidays and Yatra packages are based on twin share accommodation. Thus, a single room supplement charge will be imposed on clients who do not have another tour participant to share accommodation with.
We reserve the right to revise pricing rates posted in our marketing material, under any circumstances, or on the pressure of various external factors that are further than our control, for instance, changes in the exchange rate, government action, etc.
YOUR PRIVACY ON MANSAROVAR YATRA:
In order to collect information from you on booking with us, we may ask many questions to obtain the necessary permits, etc. No private or personal information that you supply to us when making a booking will be disclosed for any other purposes.
COMPLAINTS and SUGGESTION ON YATRA:
Should you have a complaint about the trip or tour you must make it known to a tour leader or guide at the earliest opportunity who will take the appropriate action.

To make alterations of any trek/tour itinerary, prior notice is requested.
You are advised to stay in touch with us thus, but occasionally, you may be obliged to do so en route under certain circumstances for instance bad weather, etc.
Your personal belongings:
On any account, we are not responsible for any loss or damage of your baggage/luggage or property even when it is shouldered by porters, yaks-ponies, or vehicles.

Therefore the local company and its related organization shall not be responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstance such as govt. restriction, Landslide, road blockage, flood, snow political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident, Any extra cost incurring thereof shall be borne by the clients on the spots.
Things to Carry for the Yatra:
Your valid passports with photos, personal belonging, and clothes with warmer coats (down jackets), light sweater, gloves, sunglass, water bottles of one liter, good shoes for walking and parikrama, headwear hat for sun and warmer woolen tops for the cold morning and night time.
Your personal favorite snacks, like nuts and dry fruits, powder to add in drinking against dehydration, personal medical kit, books, and dairy, long sleeves shirts and trousers, water/windproof suits, tracksuits for the evening, with personal toiletries items, puja items (not fresh fruits not allowed by Chinese quarantine), maps of the area of travel, good backpacks to carry your daily needs, large duffel/kit bags for heavier items (when not required during day time).
Don’t forget to carry extra bottles and small containers to carry holy water of Mt. Kailash and Lake Manasarovar as well as a torch with spare batteries.
